Position Description:
We need a self-starter with a strong ability to remain organized and complete tasks in a timely manner
Position will perform general office management duties as well as HR Administration and Recruiting
This role will work filling jobs, recruiting and interviewing candidates to help grow our business
Priorities are:
Effectively recruiting, interviewing, retaining, coaching and developing temporary employees, understanding their needs and helping them meeting their professional goals
Marketing your talents' skills, knowledge and abilities to companies so that you can make the best match for the Client and the Talent
Consistently exceeding both the Client's and Employee's expectations of service by following Company Standards and offering innovative employment solutions
Position Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have solid continuous experinence with MS Word, Excel and Outlook 2003 or 2007.
(Advanced functionality not required, but there is no training available for basic users.)
Solid typing speed (45 kph+)
Must be very organized
Must be able to follow policies and procedures as well as evaluate and suggest improved ways to conduct business.
Must be able to work independently.
Four years verifiable continuous administrative experience.
Prefer HR, recruiting, entry level management background.
Must be able to work independently or with a team.
Clean background, solid work history, and must submit to pre-employment drug screen.
Education Requirements:
High School or Equivalent
Some College Preferred
