Production, distribution, assembly and manufacturing positions require extra attention to safety concerns. PHR’s procedures for light industrial positions have these added features:
- PHR’s Branch or Operations Manager is first contact for all workplace injuries
- A hands-on tour to review all safety procedures and safety equipment required will be included in orientation and training
- PHR orientation and training includes:
- Review of “If you are injured on the job”
- Safety Training and Written Tests
- Review of PHR General Safety Procedures
- Review of “Customer” Safety Procedures & Equipment
- Orientation and training specific to each Customer
- Free safety equipment for our Associates including earplugs, safety glasses, leather gloves, freezer jackets and hard hats as required
